Robert was friendly and had a great attitude upon meeting him. His work was professional and clean, using sophisticated and modern tech to find and show me things I couldn't see on the surface. It was my first house purchase and using a VA loan he was extremely informative in explaining all aspects of the home inspection process to me and how important key issues were that needed to be addressed. Also since it was an older historical Tampa home it was very important to me that I had someone with his expertise and attention to detail to make sure the home was inspected thoroughly which he went above and beyond what I expected. He was recommended to me through close friends who have used him and had similar experiences. I now highly recommend him and his team well.

Buying a home is long stressful process, and when you can find great people along the way things can become much better. R&R made were amazing! I had placed the contract on a home and had to get the inspection done quickly, they accommodated that time frame. When I showed up they were almost done as promise, one of the Roberts walk my wife and I through his findings indoors putting everything in layman's terms. The other Robert walked us through the outside. They had all kinds of equipment to measure temperature, humidity, etc.. The report was very detailed and was done in a timely manner as promise. The sellers shared another inspection that had been done just 2 weeks before and R&R found a lot more details about the property, the other inspector said he couldn't go underneath the crawl space to hire a "foundation specialist " but R&R had not trouble going underneath the crawl space.

Robert, and Robert were both great friendly guys! They were the most thorough, knowledgeable inspectors I've came across or used. The reports came very fast after the job, and were very detailed and easy to read. Highly recommended for the terrific work they do, and the affordable price.

Super- thorough! Robert showed up with a heat- seeking temperature gun thing and made sure all the vents blew cool. Ran all the water to check it got hot enough. He checked every tile for cracks. He crawled into the attic and jumped up on the roof. He was quick to send the report, which included pictures. This service was above- professional. I've never meet a classier home-inspector.
